Our founder, Vikram Mehta, had spent fifteen years in enterprise logistics, and that call was the last straw. The industry had gotten too comfortable with “good enough.”
He left his VP role three months later and assembled a team of operators — people who had actually managed supply chains, cleared customs at 4 AM, and negotiated with carriers when rates spiked overnight. The idea wasn't to build another logistics company.
